CONNECTED BUT NO INTERNET ACCESS

My mechanism run windows 7. It bond to the internet over association LAN with immobile IP and manualy extrinsic DNS.
The internet tie is OK. When I put the cursor over the tie idol in tray. I get the the message: ” No internet access”.

When I send a request to the network printer, configured as IP/TCP device, the yelow triangle disappears and if I move the cursor over the tie icon, it says: Internet acces.
